He/she should be familiar with developing recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities Research for candidates through internal database, online job/resume boards and referrals Call candidates and Qualify / screen / interview them for client positions Coordinate client interviews Revise candidate resumes to highlight their experience Build relationships with candidates Requirements Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
