Join us on our journey to shape the future with AI. We are seeking a motivated and skilled NOC Analyst to join our Network Operations Center team. The NOC Analyst will be responsible for monitoring network systems, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in network operations with the ability to resolve technical problems efficiently. Primary Skills: Network monitoring - Grafana, Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix. Network protocols - TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, and DHCP security tools - firewalls, IDS/IPS Eero, KMZ, Salesforce Secondary Skill: Windows and Linux environments, Python /Bash/PowerShell, Cloud Technologies Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a NOC or similar IT support role Location: Remote Must-Have Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar. Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting methodologies. Respond to and follow up on any emails related to technical issues (incidents and service requests) Data Management- backup, Restore, Crash Planning up for any immediate production upgrade or ramp-up requirements Ability to create detailed technical documentation and incident reports. Clear communication with IT teams, end-users, and management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures. Handle and resolve tickets in less than a minute, ensuring quick response and resolution times. Roles and responsibilities: Continuously monitor network performance and system alerts using various monitoring tools. Analyze network traffic patterns and identify potential issues. Ensure all systems and networks operate at peak performance levels. Respond promptly to network incidents and alerts, working to diagnose and resolve issues. Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in detail. Support the configuration and management of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Work closely with other IT teams to coordinate responses to complex network issues. Participate in shift rotations to provide 24/7 network support coverage. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are a plus.
