Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Night Shift) Work Location: Coimbatore Years Of Experience : 1 to 2 years Work Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US EST/PST time zones) Employment Type: Contract About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for our US clients, working closely with hiring managers and account managers to meet staffing needs. This is a complete night shift role aligned with US business hours. Key Responsibilities Source candidates from job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit as per client requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Negotiate salaries, rates, and contract terms with candidates. Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements. Build and maintain relationships with candidates for long-term placements. Track and manage candidate information in ATS/CRM systems. Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and ensure timely closures of positions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 1–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099 hiring). Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN, etc.). Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Must be comfortable working in complete night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) . Preferred Skills Prior experience with VMS portals and direct client requirements. Exposure to both IT and Non-IT US staffing. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
