Job Description: HR LeadWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Lead to spearhead the Human Resources function across the organization. This role requires a proactive leader who can design, implement, and drive people strategies aligned with business goals, while fostering a culture of performance, inclusion, and growth. The HR Lead will be a key partner to the leadership team, responsible for building a high-performing workforce and ensuring end-to-end employee experience.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational vision, mission, and business objectives. - Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth and change management. - Drive initiatives that foster engagement, collaboration, and a high-performance culture. - Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion practices across the organization. - Oversee performance appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and career development frameworks. - Lead payroll, HRIS, policies, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Ensure strong expertise in Indian payroll statutory requirements including PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, professional tax, and other compliances. - Standardize HR processes to ensure operational excellence and scalability. - Act as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations. - Promote employee well-being, safety, and work-life balance initiatives. - Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. - Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.Qualifications & Skills:- Proven experience (8+ years) in HR leadership roles, preferably in dynamic or scaling organizations. - Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and people analytics. - Demonstrated expertise in Indian payroll statutory compliances with ability to ensure 100% adherence across PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and related regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage change and build HR strategies from ground up. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.What We Offer:- A leadership seat in shaping the organization’s people strategy. - Opportunity to build and scale HR practices end-to-end. - Exposure to building best-in-class processes with strong focus on Indian payroll statutory and compliance governance. - Dynamic work environment fostering innovation, inclusion, and growth. - Competitive compensation and benefits package.Note: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
