The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and especially in employee file maintenance and compliance . This role is ideal for students or recent graduates aiming to build a career in HR within a reputed healthcare organization. Qualifications Assist in organizing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with applicants Support the coordination of internal and external training sessions Assist the HR team with ongoing projects and day-to-day administration
