Formulation Scientist (Skin Care)

About the RoleWe are looking for a Cosmetic Formulator with hands-on experience in skincare formulation to join our team. This role involves working closely on product development and supporting formulation activities in a growing D2C environment.Key Responsibilities- Develop and improve skincare formulations such as serums, creams, moisturizers, cleansers, and sunscreens - Conduct formulation trials, ingredient evaluation, and stability testing - Ensure formulations align with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements - Support scale-up activities in collaboration with R&D and production teams - Maintain proper documentation of formulations, trials, and test results - Stay updated on ingredients, formulation techniques, and industry developmentsQualifications- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related discipline - Experience: 1–4 years of experience in cosmetic or skincare formulation - Knowledge of emulsions, actives, and texture development - Strong attention to detail and documentation - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
