Key Responsibilities: Assist senior psychiatrists and other specialists in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Conduct regular ward rounds, monitor patient progress, and update case records. Provide initial consultations for patients presenting with mental health concerns. Work collaboratively with psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Participate in therapy sessions, including group and individual therapies, under supervision. Support the rehabilitation program, including Ayurvedic treatments and yoga-based therapies. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, statutory regulations, and hospital policies. Qualifications: MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution. Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI). Interest or experience in psychiatry, mental health, or holistic medicine is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
