Marketing Executive – EMS Industry

We specialize in end-to-end electronics solutions including PCB Assembly, Wiring Harness, Microcontroller-Based Products, Coil Winding, Box-Built Products (with mechanical and metal enclosures), and Complete Product Development for OEMs and ODMs. We serve industries like automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, and medical.Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive with a strong background in EMS/electronics manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting brand growth—both in domestic and international markets.Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad. • Generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks. • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities. • Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. • Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance. • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Drive digital presence via LinkedIn and other B2B platforms with marketing content and campaigns.Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry. • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies. • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
