Acquarius Capstorm Limited is hiring on behalf of a leading Optical Retail Chain in Germany Job Location: Multiple cities, Germany Employment: Full-time Visa & Relocation Process Assistance Provided German Language Training Provided (A1–B2) About the Role We’re hiring experienced Optometrists from India to join one of Germany’s most respected optical retail chains. You’ll manage daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and use our bespoke automated equipment to guide customers to the perfect optical solutions. What You’ll Do Welcome customers and prepare them for eye testing using our in-store bespoke optical equipment (testing performed automatically). Review results and recommend suitable lenses based on customer needs. Inform customers about current promotions, offers, and product options. Upsell additional products and services to enhance their eyewear experience. Oversee store operations and maintain high standards of service and presentation. Keep accurate customer and sales records in compliance with German retail and healthcare requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Optometry from a H+ listed university in the German Anabin database. Degree must be rated as “entspricht” or “gleichwertig” (comparable/equivalent) in Anabin OR obtain a ZAB Statement of Comparability. 2–3 years of experience in optometry, preferably with retail or store management exposure. Willingness to complete German language training to B2 level before starting work. We Offer Visa and relocation process assistance. German language training (A1–B2) before relocation.
