The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the incubator, providing mentorship and support to startups, coordinating training sessions and workshops, and managing projects. The Manager will also engage in healthcare consulting, facilitating collaborations between startups and healthcare professionals, and fostering an innovative environment for healthcare solutions development. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating startup performance and market potential Excellent Communication skills for liaising with startups, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders Experience in Healthcare Consulting and Training Proficiency in Project Management to ensure efficient operation and execution of incubator programs Prior experience in managing or mentoring startups is a plus Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team Relevant qualifications or experience in healthcare management or a related field
