Location: CoimbatoreJob Role: Hospitality ManagerCTC : Upto 60kJob DescriptionReports to Cottage Department Lead.In charge of guest care, booking communications, cottage check-in/out, administration and shift scheduling verticals.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the cottage operations team and activities.- Own the end-to-end cottage guest experience process from check-in to check-out, as well as communication flow prior to their arrival.- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs and team training.- Manage team dynamics between volunteers, staff and other departments.- Support team who handles escalated guest issues related to complaints and incidents.- Report on key performance metrics.- Work along with other Cottage coordinators/managers to ensure high operational standards department wide.
