Visit: Qualifications We Seek- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in an MSP environment or IT Systems Engineering role - Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Microsoft Azure - Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls - Advanced experience managing FortiGate, Meraki, and cloud-based networking solutions - Solid understanding of backup, replication, and disaster recovery technologies - Proven experience delivering client IT projects from planning through implementation - Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and client communication skills - Advanced certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, NSE4+, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferredYour Daily Tasks- Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for major incidents - Plan and implement projects such as cloud migrations, server upgrades, and network redesigns - Administer and optimize hybrid environments involving M365, Azure AD, Intune, and on-prem AD - Configure and maintain FortiGate and Meraki firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs - Manage and test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions (Veeam, Datto) - Review and enhance client infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability - Assist with documentation, standardization, and process improvement - Support the technical training and development of junior engineersWelcome to Emapta India-your gateway to professional excellenceAt Emapta India, careers are built on stability, growth, and meaningful global exposure.
