Sandfits Foundries are located in and around Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and has a certified IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.The RoleThe Assembly Line Supervisor / Machine Shop supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the assembly line, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role involves managing a team of operators, optimizing workflow, and resolving operational issues to maintain efficiency.The Key Skills Knowledge of assembly processes and production planning Problem-solving and decision-making ability Preventive maintenance HMI based machines operation and familiar about SCADA Production target achievement Quality defect rate control Downtime reduction Employee productivity and attendance Safety compliance metricsQualifications and Experience Diploma or Degress in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly line operations including Servo press based pressing stations, Vision systems. Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
