Drone System Engineer - Integration & Assembly

Department: Integration & Assembly Reports To: Lead - Drone System Integration Roles and Responsibilities Autopilot Systems (PX4 / ArduPilot): Configure, integrate, and tune flight controllers; perform PID tuning and log analysis. Drone Assembly & Integration: Build drones, install hardware (GPS, IMU, telemetry), and ensure smooth system integration. Flight Testing: Conduct test flights, troubleshoot issues, and improve flight performance. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams; assist and guide junior engineers when needed. Project Execution: Deliver tasks on time within tight deadlines; maintain quality and performance. Continuous R&D: Stay updated on UAV tech and propose system or performance improvements. Job Deliverables Assembled and tested UAVs with tuned flight performance. Integrated autopilot systems with validated parameters. Field test reports and log analysis documentation. Timely delivery of assigned R&D milestones.
