Our data-driven insights fuel decision-making and provide comprehensive support for both acquisition and being acquired, ensuring you are covered from every angle—360°About our Client:Our client is a diversified retail / consumer-electronics company.Role:The Growth Officer (CGO) or Growth Strategist will be a pivotal member of our executive team,responsible for designing and executing strategies that drive customer-centricity and growthacross all facets of our business.The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of business acumen, strategic foresight, data-drivendecision-making capabilities and commitment to ethical practices.The role extends beyond business development and marketing programs.Key Responsibilities:Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategyIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansionLeading efforts to acquire new customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Build customer retention strategies.Leveraging data analytics to optimize marketing, sales, and operational processes for enhanced growth and efficiencyCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including Supply chains, sales, marketing, and financeOversee marketing strategies and manage multiple vendors to ensure promotional activities are executed with transparency and efficiency without compromising the turnaround time of the marketing deliverables.Ensure that our procurement practices remain agile, enabling rapid responses to market demands while upholding our commitment to integrity.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, balancing relationship-building with the achievement of our growth objectives.Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity to formulate growth strategiesBuild agility through new technologies and business efficiency processesUnderstand possible business pitfalls, and build resilience in the brand/product portfolio.Be an honest, guiding light to top management on future initiatives.Key Skills:Strategic thinking and planningLeadership skills in engaging with senior teams and in building new businessesData-driven decision-making and analytics expertiseTechnical skills with expertise in 2-3 domains, preferably from B2B & B2C.Strong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executivesExperience in driving growth through innovation, partnerships, and market expansionMust have good negotiation skillsStrong understanding of customer-centricity and its role in driving growthBe open to taking calculated risks and be resilientAbility to inspire and motivate teams, particularly in challenging situations, ensuring high morale and engagementQualifications:MBA from a top-tier InstituteExperience in scaling start-ups or high-growth companies is highly desirable.Worked in a large company for 8-10yrs & scaled up ranks quicklyWorked as a founder or co-founder of a start-up would be an added advantage.Age preference: 35- 40 Years
