The role involves leading end-to-end planning, execution, and adoption of change initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders, risk management, and driving compliance and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership & DeliveryIndependently manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.Ensure all projects adhere to compliance requirements and organizational standards.Stakeholder EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and timelines.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions to drive project success.Vendor ManagementOversee RFP/RFI processes for vendor selection and coordinate with onboarding.Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and ensure contractual compliance.Governance & ReportingDevelop and maintain project dashboards, financial reports, and governance documentation.Present project updates to senior leadership and escalate risks/issues promptly.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead and mentor a team of Project Analysts, ensuring effective allocation of tasks and professional growth.Provide guidance on project governance, compliance, and best practices.Risk & Compliance ManagementIdentify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, especially for insurance clients in US and UK markets.Must have:Proven experience in managing projects within the US/UK insurance sector.MS Office Proficiency (Presentations & Excel)Exposure to preparation of executive decks like weekly, MBR & QBRStrong understanding of regulatory frameworksExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multi-functional teams and deliver projects on time and budgetProficiency in project management tools (MS)Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifiedMinimum 10 – 13 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in insurance or financial services.What We OfferJoining QX Global Group means becoming part of a creative team where you can personally grow and contribute to our collective goals.
