The Manager will also be responsible for client communication, handling escalations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Experience in operational management, team leadership, and client communication Ability to develop and implement operational strategies, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives Proficiency in managing and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
