Job Title: BCMS & DR Specialist Location: Coimbatore Experience: 3+ years Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate / Early joiners preferred About the Role: We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Disaster Recovery (DR) to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring organizational resilience through effective planning, testing, and management of BCMS and DR strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in line with ISO 22301 standards. Design, document, and test Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) plans for critical business functions. Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments to identify and prioritize key processes and dependencies. Coordinate DR drills , simulate disaster recovery scenarios, and ensure timely restoration of systems. Monitor compliance with regulatory and industry standards related to business continuity and disaster recovery. Collaborate with IT, Operations, and other business units to ensure end-to-end resilience. Support incident management and post-incident review processes to enhance recovery capabilities. Maintain records of all tests, updates, and BCMS-related documentation. Provide training and awareness sessions to employees on BCMS and DR policies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in BCMS and Disaster Recovery roles. Strong understanding of ISO 22301 , ISO 27001 , and related frameworks. Experience in BIA , risk assessment , and recovery strategy development . Hands-on experience in conducting BC and DR drills . Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications such as CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor , or ITIL preferred.
