Company Description Sandfits Foundries Private Limited is a pre-eminent iron casting manufacturing company that produces Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, CG Iron, and AD Iron. Sandfits has 3 foundries with a capacity of 60000 tons PA. Sandfits has a dedicated machine shop to deliver precision iron components to customers worldwide. Sandfits Foundries are located in and around Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and has a certified IATF 16949 and ISO 14001. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of engineering projects Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D, etc.) on project execution Support troubleshooting, problem-solving, and process improvements on assigned projects Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Document project progress, test results, and prepare technical reports Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, or related discipline) Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, tools, and methodologies Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent) will be an advantage Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
