Operations Associate Role Overview We seek a proactive Operations Associate to streamline and elevate the backend operations supporting our students and educators. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Content, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless daily workflows and a high-quality experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Support daily operational activities such as scheduling, document management, and distribution of materials. Oversee student admissions, onboarding, and course coordination with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and LMS platforms, ensuring all data is accurate and accessible. Generate, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics to inform process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Support, and Product—to optimize operational workflows. Drive process efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing automation solutions. Assist with exam logistics and uphold compliance with quality standards and regulatory policies. Address operational challenges promptly, contributing to a positive customer experience and smooth service delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, with 1–3 years of operations experience—preferably within EdTech or a tech-forward environment. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Capable of multitasking and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. A genuine passion for education and technology is highly desirable.
