Job Description: Capability & Enablement Lead Role Summary: Capability & Enablement Lead plays a key role in shaping both people and practices across the organization. This role blends functional training with broader impact—like building academic partnerships, improving delivery visibility across accounts, and helping teams work more consistently. It’s about enabling better outcomes, not just better onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and impactful functional training sessions for new joiners in procurement and sourcing functions (including RFX, supplier management, spend analysis, contract lifecycle, etc.). Use case-based, interactive, and practical training methods tailored to real business scenarios. Training Design & Curation: Design structured onboarding and functional training plans based on role levels (analyst, senior analyst, etc.). Curate and update training content by integrating business best practices and evolving industry standards. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with business leaders, operations managers, and L&D to identify training needs and align content to project requirements. Schedule and coordinate training delivery in sync with onboarding cycles and business timelines. Collaborate with academic institutions to align outreach initiatives and guest sessions with GEP’s functional capabilities. Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods. Monitor learning outcomes and work on bridging skill gaps post-training. Academic Outreach: Partner with local colleges and universities to co-design and deliver curated learning modules that align with procurement and sourcing fundamentals. Represent GEP in campus learning initiatives and drive early engagement to shape industry-ready talent pools. Requirements: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in functional training or operations in procurement and sourcing domain. Preferably from Service industry Good to have: knowledge of procurement processes, tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP), and industry best practices. Good to have: Experience in instructional design or learning content development is a plus. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate
