ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTUREBUSINESS: CIRCORLOCATION: HybridDIRECT REPORTING: Sr. Manager, Total RewardsFUNCTIONAL REPORTING: Sr. Manager, Total RewardsSenior Compensation Analyst – Global CompensationPosition SummaryThe Senior Compensation Analyst plays a key role in administering, analyzing and implementing global compensation programs that support the organization’s Total Rewards strategy. This role partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices across all international locations. The Senior Compensation Analyst provides expertise in compensation administration systems, market data analytics, job leveling, pay governance, and global compensation processes, helping to drive informed and strategic pay decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Compensation Program Administration- Administer and support global compensation programs, including base pay, annual merit cycles, global salary structures, and incentive programs. - Participate in the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals. - Manage global job evaluations and benchmarking efforts, ensuring roles are aligned to the job architecture and salary structure. - Oversee the sales incentives plan process, including coordinating with business unit representatives, ensuring payments are timely and aligned with sales performance. - Support global compensation governance, ensuring adherence to established policies, frameworks, and internal controls.Annual Compensation Cycles- Lead analytical preparation for global compensation planning cycles (merit, promotions, bonus). - Develop models, tools, reports and communications to support HRBPs and leaders through the annual cycle. - Review global compensation recommendations for consistency, internal equity, and market competitiveness.Market Analysis & Benchmarking- Participate in global compensation surveys and benchmark roles across international markets. - Analyze market trends and recommend adjustments to salary and incentive ranges to ensure competitiveness and support global pay philosophy. - Maintain global salary structures and pay ranges; propose updates as needed based on market data and internal equity findings.Data Analytics & Reporting- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and compensation tools. - Manage and consolidate compensation data from multiple sources as needed to support global administration. - Assist in the development of executive summaries, presentations, and insights for Total Rewards leadership and senior stakeholders.Compliance & Governance- Assist in creating and maintaining compensation policies, guidelines, and frameworks. - Partner with HR teams to ensure global compliance and audit readiness. - Support global compliance with pay-related legislation (e.g., pay transparency, equal pay, minimum wage, global regulatory requirements).Systems & Process Optimization- Support configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of compensation tools within HRIS or compensation platforms. - Identify opportunities to streamline compensation processes through automation and improved workflows.QualificationsRequired- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. - 3–5+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably with global exposure. - Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (models, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP). - Experience administrating annual merit cycles in third-party applications such as SuccessFactors or similar system. - Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong oral and written communication skills. - Experience with global salary surveys (e.g., WTW, Mercer, Radford). - Working knowledge of compensation principles, global benchmarking, and pay program administration. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive data with discretion.Preferred- Experience supporting compensation programs for multinational organizations. - Familiarity with UKG or similar HRIS systems. - Experience with Success Factors Compensation module - Experience Payscale benchmarking tool - Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or working towards certification. - Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.Key Competencies- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail - Business acumen and global mindset - Problem‑solving and critical thinking - Relationship building across HR and business teams - Project management and execution discipline - High integrity and sound judgmentCIRCOR is an EEO Employer of Females/Minorities/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
