Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Handle bulk hiring requirements (Campus drives, College hiring, and other sourcing modes)
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Coordinate with stakeholders for manpower planning and closures
- Manage onboarding process and ensure smooth joining experience
- Handle Talent Development initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Support HR generalist activities as requiredEssential Experience:- 10–15 years of overall HR experience with strong exposure in TA & TD
- Experience in Manufacturing or Service Industry preferred
- Hands-on experience in campus recruitment and bulk hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
