The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage a team of employees, and ensure efficient service delivery to clients. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborating with different teams to drive growth and operational excellence.Qualifications- Strong management and leadership skills to lead and mentor a team effectively. - Proficiency in business development, sales strategies, and financial operations to meet branch targets. - Excellent customer relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in compliance, process management, and operational efficiency within a banking or financial environment. - Ability to analyze data, monitor performance, and implement strategies for improvement. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is advantageous. - Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably within the banking or financial sector, is highly desirable.
