Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Research Analyst. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing data to extract insights, interpreting statistical results, and performing market research. The role also involves preparing reports, ensuring clear communication of findings, and contributing to the development of evidence-backed recommendations. Collaboration with teams and stakeholders will be a key aspect of the daily activities. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in interpreting data and drawing insightsProficiency in Research and Market Research methodologiesExperience or knowledge in Statistics and statistical toolsEffective Communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly and conciselyDemonstrated ability to work independently and remotelyBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related fieldExperience in monitoring, evaluation, and working within development sectors is a plus
