Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Experience in healthcare management or diagnostic services Strong financial and operational management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience with implementing quality improvement processes is a plus
