JD with suggested designation and salary: *Suggested Designation Options* * *Project Coordinator* * *Associate Project Manager* * *Client Delivery Executive (Software Projects)* Job Description* *Position:* Project Coordinator (Software Delivery) *Location:* Coimbatore *Experience:* 1+ year in software/project coordination *Salary Range:* ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & company size in Coimbatore market) *Key Responsibilities:* * Interact with clients to gather requirements and convert them into structured workflows and flowcharts. * Work with design and development teams to bring the project live, ensuring milestones are met. * Assign tasks to team members using project/task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp). * Monitor daily progress, track timelines, and escalate delays if required. * Review deliverables and ensure output aligns with client expectations. * Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients before project delivery. * Train clients on using the software effectively. * Handle the project lifecycle end-to-end: pre-order requirement gathering, processing during development, delivery, and post-delivery client issues. * Maintain clear documentation of project scope, updates, and changes. *Required Skills:* * Strong communication and client-handling skills. * Basic knowledge of software development process and SDLC. * Ability to create flowcharts, process diagrams, and documentation. * Experience with task/project management tools. * Problem-solving and time-management skills. * Willingness to handle client training and post-delivery queries.
