About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic D2C Lead to drive our Direct-to-Consumer business. The role involves building and scaling our online brand presence, managing end-to-end digital operations, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through D2C channels.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to grow the brand’s Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business. - Manage the company’s website, marketplaces, and digital storefronts to maximize sales and customer engagement. - Oversee customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management through digital campaigns. - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer experience. - Analyze sales data, consumer insights, and campaign performance to drive continuous improvements. - Build partnerships with agencies and technology platforms for performance marketing - Monitor and manage D2C P&L, budgets, and ROI to achieve business targets.Requirements- 5–8 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or D2C business operations. - Strong understanding of Shopify, Unicommerce, or similar D2C platforms. - Experience in performance marketing (Google, Meta, Affiliate, etc.). - Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights and implement actions. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.What We Offer- Opportunity to build and scale a growing D2C business. - Collaborative and innovative work environment. - Competitive salary and performance incentives.
