Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support end-to-end supply chain operations in the medical device industry. The role involves managing supplier quality, non-conformances, and CAPA processes while driving process improvements to ensure a robust, compliant, and efficient supply chain. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Strategy & Execution – Support the development and execution of supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. Sourcing & Procurement – Assist in supplier selection, purchase order management, and vendor negotiations. Inventory Management – Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and reduce waste. Logistics & Distribution – Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and delivery processes. Supplier Quality & Compliance – Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and CE standards; oversee supplier audits and performance monitoring. Non-Conformance (NC) & CAPA – Manage NC reporting, documentation, and corrective/preventive actions to ensure continuous improvement. Risk Management – Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (supplier reliability, regulatory changes, disruptions). Data Analysis & Reporting – Track KPIs (lead time, inventory turns, OTIF), perform root cause analysis, and generate management reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with manufacturing, quality, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless operations. Process Improvement – Support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field . 5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in the medical device/healthcare sector . Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, CE Marking regulations. Experience with supplier quality management, NC/CAPA processes, and risk management . Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies . Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications (APICS, CSCP, CQE, or similar) preferred.
