Business Analyst / Product Owner – Salesforce & Healthcare AI (4–8 yrs)

Join us to shape products from concept to launch with real ownership and impact. Key Responsibilities Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog ; manage Agile ceremonies. Elicit and document requirements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, PRD/BRD/FRD). Collaborate with UI/UX to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings , and customer feedback to refine roadmap. Partner with QA on UAT , test scenarios, and release readiness. Drive Salesforce solution design aligned to healthcare workflows and compliance. Identify and integrate GenAI/AI features with clear use-cases, guardrails, and ROI. Ensure adherence to HIPAA/PHI and interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7). Requirements 4–8+ years as Business Analyst or Product Owner with end-to-end product delivery experience. Strong skills in requirements gathering , documentation, and Agile practices. Experience in Salesforce (Health Cloud preferred) and/or healthcare domain . AI literacy or hands-on GenAI experience. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Nice-to-Have: Salesforce certifications, healthcare interoperability knowledge (FHIR/HL7), familiarity with analytics tools.
