Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads (Direct / Implementation Partner/Tier 1 Partners), build strong relationships with clients, and close deals consistently. Stay ahead of market trends, understand client needs, and develop strategic partnerships. Conduct needs analysis, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire client relationship. Partner closely with recruiters, account managers, and operations to ensure seamless talent delivery. Analyze market data, set achievable goals, and implement effective sales tactics. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the US IT sector. Be knowledgeable about the latest technologies and talent needs in the US IT market. Qualification: 10+ years of proven experience in business development, with at least 5 years specifically focused on US IT staffing. Solid understanding of the US IT landscape and current staffing trends. Proficiency in CRM, other relevant software tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful partnerships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated, self-directed, and results oriented.
