Master Trainer for Financial Literacy/Entrepreneurship for Schools

Job Title: Lead/Master Trainer  Location: Pan-India (In-School Support) Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Consultant Start Date: Immediate Travel: Required (across schools & training hubs) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead/Master Trainer to head the delivery of our Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy programs for Grades 3–8. In this leadership role, you will not only teach and conduct school sessions but also take ownership of building, training, and managing a team of freelance/part-time trainers across multiple school locations. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging sessions for students in Grades 3 to 8 across schools (curriculum provided) Hire, train, and mentor a pool of part-time/freelance trainers to expand program delivery Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to the session framework across trainers Monitor, evaluate, and report session progress and trainer performance Collaborate with the core academic team for onboarding, content updates, and school feedback Represent the program in front of school leadership when needed Who You Are Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business, Education, or Economics (, BBA, MBA, , B.Ed preferred) Experience: 0–3 years of experience in teaching, facilitation, training, or school program coordination Prior team leadership or trainer management experience is highly desirable Experience working with K-12 schools or EdTech companies is a plus Skills & Traits: Excellent English communication and classroom handling Ability to simplify real-world concepts for children Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Passionate about teaching, training, and developing others Flexible with travel and coordination across cities What We Offer Structured onboarding and curriculum support Ready-to-use teaching kits, projects, and trainer manuals Competitive compensation + performance bonuses Leadership opportunity in a growing, high-impact education initiative Certificate, networking opportunities, and a long-term growth path
