Graphic Designer

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a 4+Years strong visual sense and strategic design thinking. The role focuses on creating impactful, brand-driven visuals across digital and print platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.Key Responsibilities- Design and develop high-quality visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, product launches, and presentations - Translate complex ideas and business requirements into clear, engaging visual concepts - Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints - Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure design consistency and effectiveness - Produce print-ready and digital-ready files with precision - Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines - Review, iterate, and optimize designs based on feedback and performance insights - Design of PowerPoint decks.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with motion graphics or video editing - Knowledge of UI/UX design principles - Familiarity with web design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) - Basic understanding of HTML/CSSDesign Tools & Technologies- Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects - UI/UX & Prototyping: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch - Motion & Multimedia: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lottie - Collaboration & Handoff: Figma, Zeplin, Notion - Asset Management: Adobe Libraries, Google Drive - Optional/Bonus: Blender, Cinema 4D, Canva (for rapid design workflows)
