Job Description:The Associate Process Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects. Key responsibilities include providing guidance, promoting a positive team culture, and ensuring timely and effective task completion.Key Responsibilities:- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. - Set clear team goals and drive the team to achieve them within the set timeframe. - Delegate tasks, set deadlines, and guide team members to complete tasks. - Oversee day-to-day operations and meet daily deliverables goals. - Monitor team performance and report on metrics to the leadership team. - Motivate team members and take accountability. - Discover training needs and provide coaching. - Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. - Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments. - Encourage creativity and risk-taking to achieve high-level results.Skill Sets:- Excellent communication and leadership skills - Problem-solving and decision-making skills - Organizational and time-management skills - In-depth knowledge of performance metrics - Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor - Functional knowledge of Adobe Creative applications is an added advantageExperience:- 3-5 years of experience in team handling (preferably in the Creative Design field, with 25+ team members). - 8 Years of experience in Graphic Designing with InDesign.Additional Requirements:- Flexibility for Night shift – US Shift - Willingness to work from the office
