Founding Product Designer (UI/UX + Brand) About AIRA We are building the worlds best personal AI companion designed to genuinely remember you. Unlike typical chatbots, AIRA learns from every interaction and grows alongside you, creating conversations that feel natural, meaningful, and continuously deeper over time. What you’ll do Design and refine mobile and web product flows for AIRA’s August demo. Create a design system (components, colors, typography) for easy developer handoff. Establish the visual identity that defines AIRA (logo, iconography, overall style). Explore early mascot and character ideas (mood boards and sketches). Add motion and polish so the product feels fast, smooth, and futuristic. Work closely with engineers and the founder to ship quickly. What we’re looking for 3–5 years of product design experience (startups or shipped consumer apps preferred). Strong UI/UX portfolio showing real shipped work (not just concepts). Comfortable working end-to-end: from wireframes to final designs. Can collaborate with developers for clean handoff (Figma → React/Flutter). Thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment . Bonus: experience with motion design or basic 3D (not required). What we offer ₹1.5–2L/month Ownership over how AIRA looks and feels from day one. Coimbatore HQ (in-person team).
