HubSpot Administrator

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a HubSpot Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot instance to streamline marketing, sales, and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HubSpot and a proven track record of implementing successful strategies to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage roles, system access and other tasks in HubSpot.Serve as the frontline resource for internal end users to field questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems. Develop process documentation. Support priorities and functionality planning set by Strategist, support integrations with other GTM tech stack.Workflow management with focus on sustainable, scalable processesData reporting as requested.HubSpot CRM AuditImplementation of different Business Strategy (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub) on HubSpot along with Reports & Dashboards. Qualifications:1-2 years of experience working with HubSpot, including hands-on experience with all major HubSpot features.Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into HubSpot solutions.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Work Time:Required hours are 9 PM IST to 1 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
