Job Description:

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure. This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a guest-first mindset to maintain high service standards at the resort.Key Responsibilities1. Front Office Operations• Manage daily front office activities including check-in, check-out, and reservations • Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, and other departments • Monitor room allocation, occupancy, and guest flow2. Team Leadership & Training• Lead, train, and supervise front office staff • Maintain high performance and service standards within the team • Conduct regular briefings and training sessions3. Guest Experience Management• Handle guest queries, complaints, and escalations professionally • Ensure personalized guest interactions and satisfaction • Maintain service quality aligned with resort standards4.
