Job Title: Mold Making Specialist / Tool Maker Location: Chittoor, Andhra PradeshExperience: 1-6yDepartment: Manufacturing / Production Job Description: The candidate will have hands-on experience in mold making, manufacturing, and Assembly processes, with a strong understanding of tool room machinery and quality control. This role will require problem-solving abilities and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Expertise in mold making with a strong hands-on approach to manufacturing and Assembly processes. Read and interpret assembly drawings accurately to ensure correct molding specifications. Operate and maintain tool room machinery and quality control equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve molding-related issues using analytical problem-solving techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tooling processes and optimize production efficiency. Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing protocols. Preferred Qualifications: NTTF Diploma or CIPET Diploma. Experience with battery poly moulds is highly desirable. Solid knowledge of tooling, mould design, and manufacturing processes. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent technical skills related to mold making and toolroom machinery. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills to work with different departments and teams.
