Assisting with data backups, disaster recovery planning, and implementation. Managing inventory for IT equipment and recommending necessary upgrades or replacements. Documenting IT policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for internal use. Conducting periodic system analysis and audits to ensure compliance with organisational IT standards.
