Job Description Posting Title: Medical Officer Industry: Hospital Salary: ₹55K to ₹605K Work Experience: 3+ years Responsibilities: Provide immediate and comprehensive medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in emergency and critical care settings. Requirements: MBBS degree with valid registration from the National Medical Commission (NMC). Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience in emergency medicine and intensive care. Proven expertise in managing critical care patients, including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and resuscitation protocols. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is mandatory. Strong clinical decision-making skills with the ability to perform under stress and in time-sensitive situations. Proficiency in using ICU equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) and electronic medical records (EMR) platforms. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
