About the role: We are seeking a Short-Form Content Writer who can craft engaging and high-impact content for personal brands. The ideal candidate should be skilled in storytelling, content strategy, and writing Instagram reel scripts in both Tamil and English. Language: Tamil/Tanglish Responsibilities: Create Instagram reel scripts in Tamil and English with a strong hook, storytelling, and CTA. Develop compelling content that aligns with the personal brand’s voice and audience. Build and implement a content strategy to ensure consistency and growth. Understand audience psychology and craft content that resonates and drives engagement. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices. Collaborate with video editors, designers, and clients to bring scripts to life. Be open to travelling for shoots, meetings, or brainstorming sessions when required. Requirements: ✅ 0-2 years of Experience in writing short-form content for personal brands ✅ Proficiency in Tamil & English – Must be able to write fluently in both languages. ✅ Strong storytelling skills to create engaging and relatable scripts. ✅ Understanding of content strategy and audience engagement techniques. ✅ Familiarity with Instagram trends, hooks, and viral content structures. ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
