About The Role We are looking for a copywriter who can turn brand strategy into clear, on brand content for social. You will write daily for multiple F&B, lifestyle, skincare, hospitality, and jewellery brands. You will collaborate with strategy, design, video, and account teams to ship work on time and at a high standard.What You Will Do Write platform specific copy: Instagram captions, Reel hooks, YouTube Shorts scripts, static post copy, story frames, carousels, and community replies Draft ad copy for Meta and Google: headlines, primary text, descriptions, and variations for testing Script short format videos: cold opens, VO lines, cut points, CTAs, and storyboards Build monthly content calendars with angle, hook, CTA, and reference links Turn brand decks and inputs into tone of voice guides and messaging pillars Research competitors, trends, hashtags, seasonal moments, and local cultural hooks Adapt long form to short form and vice versa: blog posts, emails, landing pages, menu blurbs, in store copy Partner with designers and editors to align copy with visuals and motion Proofread for grammar, clarity, and brand consistency Track performance of key posts and recommend next steps Join shoots when needed to guide lines and on screen text Write in English and basic Tamil when required What You Will Bring 2 to 4 years of copywriting experience in a social media or creative agency Strong portfolio with short format content, ad copy, and brand storytelling Clear understanding of Instagram, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and basic ad platforms Comfort with quick turnarounds, feedback, and multi brand juggling Solid grammar, clean structure, and an eye for simple persuasive lines Bonus skills: bilingual Tamil, basic SEO, email flows, and UGC scripting How We Work Weekly content reviews and brainstorms Monthly calendars and shoot plans Clear briefs with audience, purpose, format, length, and CTA Edits tracked in docs and delivered on time Success Looks Like Hooks that hold attention in the first three seconds Captions that are on brand and drive saves, shares, and comments Ad copy variants that improve CTR and CPA over time Calendars that ship on schedule with minimal rework Clean files and documentation that the team can pick up easily
