RRD is currently seeking Technical Content Writers for Information Technology team to join in Chennai Responsibilities - Create and edit SOP documents including reference manuals and product manuals Create and edit procedural documentation such as user guides and manuals Determine the type of publication that will best serve the project requirements Meet with engineers, programmers, and project managers to learn about specific products or processes Assess the audience needs for whom the procedural documentation is intended; adjusts tone and technical terms used to meet those needs and to ensure understanding Plan writing processes and sets timelines and deadlines Create or works with graphic designers to create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to assist readers in understanding a product or process Perform other related duties as assigned Desired candidate profile - Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Content writing field especially on Word (SOP and Manual documentation) and Powerpoint (Deck) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent with Microsoft Office Suite or related tools Ability to present complex data in clear, concise text Ability to provide ideas in to document Ability to draw Architecture diagram & Network diagram Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently Must be able to work on multiple tasks during the same time frame and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency Must be willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines Job terms - Shift timings - 10.30am to 7.30pm Work location - Teynampet, Chennai, Only WFO If your profile is suitable to this opportunity, please mail me your application with updated resume to
