Role: Delivery Manager Exp Range: 10-12 Yrs Location : Chennai Office Mode : WFOKey Skills:MS-Office suite, Data Analysis, Customer, Stakeholder management, Project Management, Risk analysis, Presentation, Team management, Excellent communication (written & verbal)Key Responsibilities:1 This role will provide an opportunity for the candidate to interact with the customer, to understand and gather detailed requirements, and identify scope, constraints and key success criteria 2 The candidate should be able to manage the customer effectively with clear communication and transparency. 3 The candidate should be able to plan timelines, resources and deliverables as per project requirement 4 The candidate should be able to present/share the project progress/status with the customer at regular intervals during the execution of the project 5 The candidate should be able to do Gaps analysis and Risk identification and highlight risks and potential challenges in delivery or implementation 6 The candidate should be able to establish credibility and trust with customers and position themselves as the customer advocate within the delivery organization. 7 The candidate should be able to assist in drafting proposals, statement of work (SoW), or the project plans. 8 The candidate should be able to monitor the project progress, manage zonal project managers and review readiness dashboard internally along with the relevant stakeholders by highlighting the risks and mitigation plan
