Technical Delivery Manager

Summary:We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager - Supply Chain to join our engineering team and collaborate with global stakeholders on supply chain technology initiatives and solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to advance your career in an AI-driven development environment, overseeing technical deliverables and ensuring effective coordination among distributed engineering teams across various regions.Key Responsibilities include:Leading end-to-end delivery of supply chain technology projects, serving as the primary liaison between development teams and global stakeholders. Managing project scope, technical deliverables, timelines, and quality standards while providing regular status updates to leadership. Implementing agile development practices and engineering best practices across distributed project teams. Identifying and driving opportunities for development process improvements and engineering efficiency gains. Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions and maintaining up-to-date documentation, playbooks, and best practices across teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:15+ years of professional experience, progressing from hands-on software development to delivery management or technical project management. Proven understanding of legacy software modernization strategies, including phased migration approaches and API-first architecture. Strong knowledge of modern development frameworks, REST APIs, microservices, and database technologies. Familiarity with SDLC and engineering best practices, including quality gates and collaboration workflows. Experience in identifying and mitigating technical and project delivery risks across complex initiatives. Skills in resource allocation, capacity planning, and team workload management. Success in leading change management initiatives, including technology adoption and process improvements. Experience or adaptability in guiding teams to adopt AI code agents. Proven experience implementing Scrum, Kanban, or other agile development practices. Strong people leadership skills with a track record in team development and performance management. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and expectations across business and technical teams.
