This role will focus on embedding AI, automation, and advanced analytics into delivery governance, quality, and forecasting processes, ensuring smarter, faster, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools across delivery operations to enhance efficiency and quality. - Identify, evaluate, and implement automation use cases across governance, quality management, and forecasting processes. - Design and champion intelligent delivery copilots, predictive dashboards, and analytics solutions that support proactive decision-making. - Partner with delivery and technology teams to embed digital-first practices within operating models. - Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and automation-led transformation initiatives. - Build capability and awareness around AI/ML-driven delivery tools and methodologies across teams.Must-Have Skills:- Strong background in AI/ML-driven automation, delivery analytics, and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate). - Hands-on experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). - Proven track record in delivery transformation using digital and automation tools. - Understanding of delivery governance frameworks, metrics, and performance management. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change enablement skills.
