Technology Delivery Manager

Position : Delivery Manager Job Location : Chennai Technical Skills: Java, .Net or any Technology 10 to 15 years of experience in leading team for delivery management. At least 3+ years of experience in project management having multiple teams. Experience in handling and delivering large digital transformation projects. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, good to have degree in business management. Good Knowledge of the P&C Insurance Domain Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning) Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients. Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management. Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting Professional certification (PMP or SAFe® Agilist or PgMP) preferred. ITIL/ITSM certification a plus. Experience working in global delivery model is a plus.
