We connect this data to visualizations, models, and downstream systems and dashboards via both no-code and coding applications. We are a high-growth startup and we’re breaking into the international market.The OpportunityThis is a unique role for an ambitious individual to be mentored directly by the Founder of a high-growth climate-tech startup. You will be the critical link between our customers and our data engineering team, learning how a data-driven business serves its clients and scales its operations from the inside out.You will begin by mastering the fundamentals of our client delivery process—understanding customer needs, translating them into technical tasks, and ensuring flawless execution. As you excel, your role will rapidly expand to include shaping our customer success playbook, contributing to product strategy, and becoming an indispensable partner in driving our growth.What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities)- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on understanding new data collection requests and investigating bugs in existing datasets. - Efficiently document client requests, using AI tools to help translate customer needs into precise, actionable technical specifications for our data engineering team on GitHub. - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data requests, from initial ticket creation to final delivery, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up with all stakeholders. - Perform rigorous quality assurance (QA) checks on data bug fixes and newly collected datasets to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before client delivery. - Collaborate with the founding team on business development and sales initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth from insights gained during client interactions. - Help build and refine our client delivery playbook to create a scalable, world-class customer experience.Who You Are- A recent graduate or professional with 0-2 years of experience and a bachelor's degree. - Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail, especially when documenting data issues and verifying fixes. - Highly resourceful and proficient in using modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to boost productivity, from summarizing complex requests to drafting clear communications. - An exceptional communicator (written and verbal English) with the ability to act as a translator between technical teams and non-technical customers. - A genuine curiosity for technology, data, and climate-tech. You don't need to be a coder, but you're excited to learn. - A proactive, resourceful problem-solver with a "figure it out" mentality and a "no task is too small" attitude.
