We are a team of dynamic engineers who have around 20 years of experience, specializing in Performance monitoring, Automation testing, and Security testing. Performetriks is expanding its team and looking for like-minded, dynamic, and qualified engineers for our location in India.What we offer- Friendly and fantastic team to work with - Exciting projects with plenty of scopes to learn and explore new things - Mission-critical role - Great salary packageWhat you will be doing- Provide a great and customer-friendly service attitude and show vital relationship skill - Responsible for simulating thousands of users on our customers' services and ensuring that their business-critical applications remain reliable and responsive even in worst-case scenarios. - Analyse business and system requirements and develop performance automated tests and monitoring strategies - Design, execute, and maintain performance test scripts - Identify issues and bottlenecks - Presentation of achievements and findings to management and technical teamsWhat you need for this position- At least 7 years of Software Test Automation experience - Design & build customizable solutions for repetitive tasks and automate complex processes to enhance efficiency - Experience in designing and managing Test Automation Frameworks. - Good Experience in working with teams across different Geographical locations - Good analytical & problem-solving skills to identify and resolve automation challenges - Proficiency in developing automated test scripts, using various automation tools and strong knowledge of scripting languages, automated testing tools, reporting tools etc. - Experience in open-source tools like Selenium, Playwright, etc. - Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitLab CI, etc. - A commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and tools in software automation - Good Communication and Team management skills are a must. - Experience in the Finance/Banking domain is a plusIf you believe that you match the requirements and are looking forward to working on challenging, exciting, and International projects, please apply.
