Job Title: PPC – Google Ads Specialist (Immediate Joiner) Experience: 4–5 Years Location: Onsite – Chennai Apply: hrindia@ Joining: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist with strong PPC expertise who can take full ownership of paid search campaigns from day one. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing large budgets, optimising campaigns for ROI, and driving measurable business outcomes for international clients (Australian market preferred).Key Responsibilities• Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns. • Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. • Implement and optimise bidding strategies (Max Conversions, Target CPA, Target ROAS, etc.). • Continuously monitor and audit campaign performance to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS. • Manage daily budgets and deliver consistent performance against KPIs. • Create and test ad copies, assets, landing pages, and audience combinations. • Maintain strong negative keyword hygiene and quality score optimisation. • Analyse data through Google Ads, GA4, and GTM to identify issues and opportunities. • Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for stakeholders. • Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Required Skills & Experience• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and PPC campaign management. • Proven experience handling high-budget accounts (₹10–20 lakhs/month or equivalent AUD). • Strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding automation, and optimisation workflows. • Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, keyword tools, and reporting dashboards. • Experience working with international clients; Australian market experience is an advantage. • Ability to identify issues quickly and implement corrective actions. • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
